Yogurt

Why are you looking at me funny? Do I have something on my face?

6 Months!

This is how Ava rolls these days, with her tongue out all the time :)

Can't believe Ava celebrated her 1/2 Birthday! She is growing up way too fast :) Her 6 month check-up went well, she does however have her first ear infection and cough. She has been so strong though! Mat and I were surprised she had an ear infection because she really didn't seem all that bothered.

6 Month Stats
-Weight: 14 lbs 12 oz
-Height: 24 inches

6 Month Highlights
- Started solid food, so far she has tried carrots, pears, apples, and yogurt. She appears to love anything and everything.....well except baby Tylenol :) We had quite the experience trying to get her to take it the other day for a fever: ended up with her not opening her mouth AT ALL. The next day she wouldn't even open her mouth to eat food... She is extremely smart and stubborn. Wonder where she gets that from ? :)

- Is sitting up on her own. We still put something behind her or watch her because she will tip over here and there.

-Is reaching for EVERYTHING!

- She rolls from her back to her tummy. Still working on the tummy to back.

-Laughs!

-Loves to play peek-a-boo

-Puts everything in her mouth.

- makes a lot of noise, and lately has been spending her days with her tongue sticking out ( as you see in the picture above)

Happy 6 month Birthday Ava! You are beautiful, strong, and amazing. You are perfect. We love you so much!
