Week at the Beach!

We had a great vacation in the Cape. Ava was amazing (minus the up 5 times a night routine). She is such an easy going baby. She had so much fun. She loved spending time with her grandparents, and Aunt Alyssa, Uncle Andrew and Lindsay. She had a blast at the beach and loved watching all of the dogs walking around Province Town.....she has a new found love for dogs, which includes saying "Duh Duh" and pointing. We went on many walks, and Ava enjoyed her morning walk with Daddy, Grandma Sara and Grandpa Neil ( I got to sleep in most mornings!)

Ava has been moving EVERYWHERE! She is crawling, pulling herself up onto things, and lately has been getting on all 4's.

Fun with Food!

Ava is eating more and more finger foods lately which means more and more baths! Tonight's menu was raspberries, sweet potatoes, avocado and macaroni and cheese...

9 Months!

Dear Ava,
It is hard to believe that you are 9 months! You are becoming your own little person, with your own beautiful personality. You will show us when you are happy by smiling, laughing and excitedly moving up and down. That being said, you have also shown us lately when you are mad....by crying, arching your back and hitting your hands on the floor....can we say temper tantrum? You have officially learned how to crawl and you are moving all over the place. You speak your own language, which lately consists of a bunch of sounds and babbles. Your new thing is pointing. You point to everything and will go "eh?" You have started to eat a lot of different foods, and love eating finger foods. You continue to amaze me each and every day. There is nothing better then snuggling with you, and giving you a million and one kisses and hugs each day. I love you so much.
