Ava had a great Christmas. It was so good to see everyone. We went to my parents house on Thursday and spent Thursday and Christmas Eve there. We woke up on Christmas morning and Ava loved playing in her new jumparoo that her grandparents gave her. After playing all morning, we packed in the car and drove to CT to visit her great grandparents and the rest of our family. Ava was the center of attention and loved looking all around. She got some really fun books from her great grandparents, and was highly entertained. After spending a wonderful Christmas at her great grandparents, we woke up on Sunday morning to travel to her other great grandparents, Eddie and Eileen's. The weather didn't cooperate though, and given the blizzard conditions we had to cut Christmas early and only went to visit them for a few hours. Ava was so happy to see them though, and we will resume Christmas in a few weeks:) Below are a ton of pictures from the weekend. I am so thankful to have such a wonderful family.
Here are some pictures of me playing and looking cute:) My arms are getting strong and I can lift myself up on my mat! I am also into talking a lot lately. I make gaaa and daaa noises. Sometimes I let out a little squeal :)
This weekend we all went to the Cape to visit. Ava did amazingly well ( she always does great :) and it was so nice to spend time with everyone. As much as I love Ava, I must admit it was nice to get a little break here and there, and actually sit and eat by myself. Ava was passed around a ton and loved every bit of it! She had her first experience oystering and seeing the ocean, celebrated her first Hanukkah, and got to spend some time outside (it was 45 one day!) What a great weekend!
